1985 von Dieter Philippi und Jörg Herweck gegründet, zählt Herweck zu den führenden ITK-Distributoren Deutschlands.
Planung ist der Kompass auf dem Weg zum Ziel. Erfolg entsteht, wenn klare Ziele auf gute Planung treffen.
Unser Ziel: immer schnell und flexibel zu agieren. Unser Kompass: die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, Partner und Mitarbeiter.
Es braucht Hartnäckigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen, um Berge zu überwinden.
Was mit der ursprünglichen Geschäftsidee, dem Handel mit importierten Anrufbeantwortern und Designtelefonen begann,
entwickelte sich nach dem Wegfall des Monopols der Deutschen Bundespost über die Jahre zu einem der wegweisenden
Value Added Distributoren.
Aus Kleinem entsteht Großes. Erfolg ist das Ergebnis vieler kleiner Schritte.
Über 300 Mitarbeiter geben Tag für Tag ihr Bestes, um den Kunden von Herweck maßgeschneiderte Lösungen
und beste Angebote bieten zu können.
Hinter unserem Erfolg steht mehr als eine Person.

Since my parents passed away, I live in the ski resort of Les Arcs, in the French Alps. I always liked the mountains, snow, and more important the texture of the snow. Creating and making patterns in the snow was a natural progression from drawing those patterns on paper.
I like to have something to show around that is certifiying my efforts, and with photography I can achieve this goal and moreover preserve my created masterpieces. Now that we have the internet and digital cameras we can broadcast those images to the world for free, and I like seeing my stuff shared all around the web.
It is my long term goal to make 1000 drawings (snow plus sand) by the time I reach the age of 80 and if the present winter continues as well as it started, I might reach 2/3 of that figure this year.
In my leasure time I also ski and in summer hike in the mountains and in the forest (Tarentaise is a well forested valley by Alpine standards).

I‘ve been a freelance creative now for the last 4 years, specifically shooting action sports with it mostly being skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking.
Shooting with Simon was a very different project and also a change of pace but it‘s something I fully embrace. I love the process of him creating these masterpieces.
From a ground perspective you can‘t really understand what the outcome will be, but the moment he has finished his final steps, this grand masterpiece comes to life,
It’s really a perfect definition of „trusting the process“. I really enjoy being a part of these kind of projects because it‘s really a partnership between empty canvas and the artist.
I love being able to showcase Simon‘s work for this reason.
